First Washington Realty Acquires Mission Park Marketplace in Santa Clara

BETHESDA, MD — February 17, 2026 – First Washington Realty (FWR), a vertically-integrated institutional real estate investment firm focused on high quality grocery-anchored and necessity-based shopping centers, today announced that it has acquired Mission Park Marketplace, a premier retail and restaurant shopping center located in Santa Clara, California, via an affiliate.

Built in 2019, Mission Park Marketplace offers compelling shopping and dining in the heart of Silicon Valley’s Golden Triangle, a flourishing tech hub that is home to Fortune 500 companies including Oracle, Intel, Google, Cisco, Nvidia and Samsung. Its dynamic mix of food, beverage and wellness tenants currently includes Mendocino Farms, Starbucks, The Habit Burger Grill, Boichik Bagels, Teriyaki Madness, and Orangetheory Fitness.

Located within one of the densest employment nodes on the West Coast, the shopping center benefits from both daytime population strength and consistent consumer traffic driven by surrounding residential pockets, as well as office, R&D, and corporate facilities. With significant frontage alongside Montague Expressway, a primary east/west thoroughfare, the shopping center offers excellent accessibility to major commuter highways connecting the San Francisco Bay Area.
